Just like the Pack of wolves, we in the First Responder family inherently take care of our own. This is what we at Tuscarora Conference and Training Institute want to facilitate. Please take a few moments to read our mission and vision as well as get to know who we are with our Meet the Team page. Our logo is one that represents more than you may think and is a depiction of the Duality of a first responders’ personality. Our focus is on the Mental and physical wellness of the Responders and are inclusive of more than just PD, FD and EMS. We welcome open, anonymous discussion on our topics and look forward to your input on future areas of interest.

- No foul language – We hear enough of it in the field, lets have civilized conversation. We can be adult and still get our points across.
- Keep in mind that if a statement is made that generalizes but is not what you do, then it wasn’t meant toward you.
- This is NOT a Trigger Free zone so be aware that what you are saying may impact someone negatively. “Trigger Warning” prior to your comment would be helpful!
- We are all equals here. No rank, Authority or Pull. We need to maintain an intimidation factor of ZERO.
