Every time a person calls 911, someone is there to help. Someone that you never knew and may never see again. Unfortunately, the positive impact that they have on our lives has a negative impact on theirs.
Suicide among the First Responder Community is skyrocketing which means that the current methods to manage this problem are not working. The Tuscarora Conference and Training Institute recognizes how the constant response to gruesome accident scenes, calls to domestic violence incidents, house fires, or ANYTHING that has to do with a child in danger impacts a responder. We also know how to address the needed management of this problem.
With your help we can overcome the current gaps in the mental health care of our responders and can save the lives of those hometown heroes who are committed to be there to save ours.
Will you join us in our efforts to save someone from the constant nightmares and suicidal thoughts that come from doing the job that they enjoy?
Your donation will help sponsor a program to that impacts so many. The life that you save may just be someone that you know.
